Exceeded my expectations

Di was quick to respond to my enquiry about selling my property. We discussed the process and fees then Di told me her recommended listing price and strategy, which I thought was ambitious at the time. There ended up being several parties interested, and with negotiations, a price was settled on, almost 10% higher than expected. Communications were good throughout with Di and her team and I am very satisfied with the result.
