In rather extenuating circumstances I was contemplating the real estate rental market and just by chance thought I must ask Di if she did have anything on her sales book whilst just sitting outside the office of Robertson Real Estate one day! Well she did have something; and with her professionalism, knowledge and good judgment of the Port Fairy real estate market I felt quite confident to make an offer. The offer was accepted and the sale was expedited with the coordination of all parties involved.
