We engaged Professionals Rockingham in the sale of our property because Di Padfield had sold previous properties and we were always completely satisfied with her service. Initially Di gave us a thorough appraisal of the suburb and property. Di advised an opening price and was quick to adjust accordingly as there was a shortage of interest. Each time the price adjusted Di explained the reasoning and consistently updated the online description to keep the property relevant. We had home opens every weekend for just over a month. They were conducted by Paul Acton, who provided a friendly, positive attitude which was much appreciated. We had three offers during this process which were all similar in value, suggesting Di had got the house priced correctly after the initial tinkering. Di has been in constant communication with us during the under offer period and it was a relief to receive the call confirming finance had been approved. Di wasn't able to get the buyer higher than his opening offer but I believe that says more about the market than her negotiating skills!
