I cannot recommed Di highly enough. She always had the time to talk to me, from when I first touched base with her about the possibility of selling my house until the contract went unconditional. But more than this, she was a straight shooter: she answered my questions honestly and never left me with false expectations. This was very important as I live in Sydney and am less familiar with buying and selling in Queensland. As for the sale itself, after less than a week I had six buyers. Di spent her Sunday negotiating with all of them, and I ended up with a price considerably higher than her original estimation. Di is a master of her profession!

A difficult property to sell, for varying reasons, but Di proved supportive and positive throughout the whole process. Great knowledge of the market and excellent people skills. Always communicating to let me know what was happening or what I needed to do - particularly considering I am not a local. Would highly recommend.
