Excellent negotiator and very knowledgeable about the local market

We cannot give Di enough praise. After 32 years, we struggled a bit, emotionally, with the sale of our long time home. The fact that the market was seeing a major down-turn, did not help matters. Di was incredibly supportive and invariably, took the time to talk and allay our fears. Di has the patience of an angel! Di provided excellent advise on the best strategy to use and after 19 days on the market we had an offer.
