Wow where do I start with the fabulous service that Dynieka provided my husband and I when we sold our family home. Dynieka was recommended to us through a friend who purchased a house from her last year. We had 8 different real estates out to view our house and Dynieka definitely stood out to us. Out of all of the realtors that viewed our property she was the only one to sit down with us and work out the value of the house and the depreciation to get an accurate selling price. She was very upfront and honest with us, giving constant feedback during sale process. Dynieka was realistic with us and made the whole process run so smooth. One things is building & pest inspector didn't do a very good job, we are not very happy with them.
