Dynieka Clark is a fantastic agent! My property was sold within a couple of months and she took care of everything for me. As this was the first time I’ve ever sold a property I was very nervous but she made everything smooth and painless! I couldn’t recommend her enough, when I’m ready to buy or sell again I’ll be using her as my agent! Thanks Dynieka!

After purchasing a home via Dynieka when it was time to sell she was my first choice. I was very happy with her professionalism and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her if you are looking to sell or purchase a home.

I received a flyer from Dynieka as She had sold a property near mine, within 2 days of calling her she had an offer for me. I needed a bit more than the first offer and she delivered. She made it easy and comfortable for me. I highly recommend her ability and her genuine personality.

I have sold a number of properties over the years but I’ve never found an agent to be more helpful and attentive than Dynieka. She was available at any time and always promptly replied to my phone calls or emails. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone interested in marketing their property.

Dynieka did a great job selling our property. We definitely recommend her to anyone who needs their home sold.

You have done a great job. I’m very happy with everything, you have good service and nothing to complain about. Thank you. For Dynieka Clark.

Throughout the process of selling three properties for us, Dynieka has been very knowledgeable about the market in the area, remained positive in the face of setbacks with buyers and was supportive of our decisions at all times.

Stuck with us, maintaining the originally quoted price even though it was a slow start to the year. We are very thankful for her patience and persistence when selling our property. We would recommend her to anyone wanting sell or by a property.

Great Agent well informed willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the customer is kept up to date with proceedings. This agent could not have done more to ensure that everything went smoothly.

Dynieka listened to what we wanted to achieve and was able to deliver in the time frame we requested, can't thank her enough.

Would 10/10 recommend using dynieka!! Not only is she amazing at her job, but just her as a person, her attitude is amazing. She treats you with respect, and gets the job done quickly. Communication is 10/10. There’s just no other words other than amazing!

Dynieka has recently sold two of our three properties in the toughest marketplace I have had the misfortune to invest in. She makes real connection with potential buyers and communicates well with them and me and made successful negotiation possible.
