This is for the sale of property 11/1-5 Apsley St Penshurst, we appointed our local agent Diamond Chey as our agent, he is highly efficient with great negotiation skills and is able to meet our demand, great communication skills, able to speak multiple languages, had no problems whatsoever, highly recommended agent.
