Incredibly efficient, thorough, confident & competent about all aspects relating to sale of my property. Softly spoken, not pushy, totally professional. Diana gave advice for minor tidying work to do on the outside. Property had previously been on the market for 5 months with no interest from anybody. Diana had the property for about 2 1/2 weeks when second party inspected it. 2 1/2 hours later contracts were signed & deposit taken. Another 8 days & settlement occurred. Far higher price than previously I dared to hope for. Diana kept me informed over the time about levels of interest etc. Definitely no hesitation in recommending her to manage a property sale.
