Very knowledgeable with friendly personality

I was looking to buy in a retirement village and contacted Diana to view a few that were for sale. Diana was very knowledgeable with what was available and the retirement villages themselves. Diana was very helpful and was always prompt in answering my phone calls and nothing seemed too much trouble. We did find my perfect place and Diana was able to negotiate a fair price for me. Diana made the whole buying experience a happy one.
