I rang Doleman Real Estate when i saw them advertising houses on the internet. They where an independent real estate so i thought i'd give them a go and was very glad that i did. The agent i spoke to was Diane Pihl's. I told Di what i wanted in my bank account after all fees where paid. Di got me this price and rather quickly as well. I had tenants in the house which made it a little difficult for access. Di worked well with the tenants. My ad went on the net late on the Friday afternoon and i had a contract the following Saturday. Di always kept me well informed on anything that was happening. Gave me correct advise on notices required for tenants and went well above what i would have expected any real estate agent to do. Di was always very pleasant, polite and informative. She made sure she kept me in the loop on everything. I'm a shift worker and Di was available to talk after hours. I was quiet suprised she was willing to talk at 8pm. She always called me back if she was unable to answer when i called. She even called to touch base after the sale had gone through to make sure there had been no issues and ensure that i was happy. I'd like to thank Di for her very professional sale of my property and would highly recommend her to any future sellers.

We were very pleased with the sale of our Property by Di. I always prefer more experienced salespeople when entrusted to do the job. Di was on time and did a great job on open homes. I myself don't have time for the tyre kickers and floggers that she would endure but she filtered these very well. My only criticism would be the non contact we had throughout the whole process from Donna herself. We chose Doleman RE because we met her at another open home and liked her knowledge and local experience but even up till now have had no contact from her as a courtesy. I would honestly say in the future I would have Di sell my house but be hesitant if she was with Doleman RE. Other than that really happy with result. Cheers

I would have no hesitation in highly recommending DI as an excellent agent for a many reasons. If it wasn't for her our purchase of our property may well have fallen over. Di was excellent in her communication to our solicitors who on a number of occasions messed up and then followed it up by letting us know of the outcomes pretty well straight away. Diane went over and above to assist in the sale of our property. Knowing we were living at a location quite far away, Diane checked on the pool, gardens, etc and let me know when any maintenance was required, even fixing things herself when she could. The communication was always timely and thorough after each inspection / open home. The sale went through smoothly due to Diane's professionalism and friendly nature.

Di was outstanding in the sale of our house, very reliable, honest, helpful, and someone we could trust. She was someone we could rely on right up to settlement. We would not have any problems with recommending using her as an agent for their property. A job well done.

Big thanks to Di Pihl in the smooth selling of our property . Having enlisted her help, from start to finish Di listened to us in regard to how we needed the viewings organised, to work around a busy shift work schedule and she also understood the motivation for us selling which was most important at the beginning of the process to enable us to make that decision and time it right for us. At no point did I feel pressured by Di in relation to listing the property earlier, she was patient and understanding.
