It is not that often that you come across a real estate agent who is as amazing as Diane is. She was professional, friendly, honest and genuinely caring when we bought a property listed with her. At no point did she make us feel as though she is working for the seller with complete disregard of our needs, like many agents do. She worked very hard to still achieve the best outcome for the seller still! Love her old book methods that have now disappeared! Diane was very helpful throughout our purchase. Communication was key as we were not based in Perth and we were kept up to date with everything perfectly.

I engaged with Diane regarding selling a unit and from the start she was very upfront with what to expect and the process. This would be expected but she went above and beyond providing feedback regarding the property condition, tenants at the time and things I should focus on. I wasn’t in a rush and despite engaging in October of 2024 she simple kept in contact and continued to provide advice until the property eventually went on the market in June. She was always willing to assist with minor tasks I couldn’t do ( I don’t live in Perth), never complained and had things completed very quickly. I really don’t like selling/buying property because of what’s involved and stressing about the result. But Diane made it very easy, stress free and in all my time I don’t think I’ve ever met someone so professional. Highly recommend anyone wanting to use her services you won’t be disappointed
