Diane was excellent from start to finish in the sale process of our home. Diane has. Assisted us with selling previous homes and we really can’t fault her. Diane provided us with a comprehensive appraisal to start (although we knew she was a shoe in) and her commission was much less than we were expecting may I add. We then went to preparing our home for home opens that Diane assisted staging the home including so many stage items from her own home! The first home open was a twilight viewing that attracted queues of people to view. We had a home open a few days after that and we had multiple offers. We accepted an offer that we were thrilled with and Diane kept us in the loop with the buyers questions etc after that. The final inspection was also attended by Diane (of course) and the buyer that took the pressure off since I had surgery the previous day.
