Dianna provided us, as prospective buyers, with a professional and efficient real estate experience. In particular she was always available either face to face or other means. The market was very hectic and fast moving at the time when we were looking to buy. One of Dianna's strengths was she was genuinely empathetic to our needs at the same time as representing those of her vendors.
