We chose to go with Dianne as in our market she holds a very large share of sales, we were very pleased with the fees structure and how flexible and helpful she was from day one, no matter what questions we had we were never made to feel like it was a hassle or something we shouldn’t ask She was always willing to answer calls or texts no matter what day or time and on the day of settlement we had some issues arise 1 hour out from our scheduled settlement time, but not to worry as Dianne was back and forth on the phone pushing it along and keeping us updated the entire time to still have it over the line with only a 2 hour delay I could not recommend Dianne highly enough and wish her all the best :)
