We Met Dianne for the first time at a Open house @Tasmania Ave Newport and from there the experience has been perfect. Hannah, Myself and the kids had a look at another property (@Lakeview Prde) and it was out of our price range. Dianne suggested to go back and have another look at Tasmania Ave, she went out of her way to show us through privately and it was at that moment Hannah and I put and offer on it.. Dianne and the team have been amazing throughout this whole process. Thank you Dianne and the Belle Team, for making our dream come true.

Dianne, Kurt and Anita are the absolute best. Professional, friendly and helpful from start to finish. They really listen to you and communicate well throughout the process. Thank you.

Diane was amazing during the whole sales process. She was very considerate when dealing with my wonderful tenants making sure they weren't interrupted very weekend with open house. She bought through qualified buyers and keeping me and my tenants informed during the whole process. Contracts may through easily and Diane was confident in presentation and summary of every buyer conversation she had with me. I would highly recommend her.

We met Dianne whilst viewing an open house, this ended in us purchasing an apartment which we are absolutely delighted with. Everything about working with Dianne was very professional, yet Dianne made us feel totally at ease during the entire process. Conveying of information between seller and buyer was quick, clear and concise, not waiting days for an answer to a question.

Very professional and contactable to answer any questions.

Thank you Dianne for a seamless campaign resulting in a sale that exceeded our expectations. Your professionalism, knowledge, energy and enthusiasm ensured the process went very smoothly. Your attention to frequent communications kept us abreast of every aspect of the campaign. You did go above and beyond, and I highly recommend you to other sellers.

Dianne recently sold my property and did an absolutely amazing job. She knew the market well and filtered buyers accordingly. The sale result was amazing and more than I expected. Without a doubt the best agent to use in Redcliffe.

The whole process couldn't have been any smoother - from the initial conversations with Dianne about what was happening in the market to the final execution of the sale. This was in part because of how comfortable Dianne made us feel throughout the journey but also because of Dianne's experience and expertise. Dianne made many recommendations to help us get the best outcome - most of which we followed - and this came through in the end. From the recommended staging, suggested changes and upgrades around our home (nothing major), to the plan around the launch and open homes. Everything was very well and purposefully thought out by Dianne. Nothing was suggested in a "pushy" way so we didn't feel any pressure to do anything. We followed Dianne's recommendations because they just made sense. Dianne is incredibly friendly, personable and always reachable when you need her. Our experience with Dianne was amazing.

To say Dianne exceeded our expectations would be an understatement - she clearly has an exceptional reputation and more than lived up to this, showing an amazing ability to prepare and market a home, identify suitable buyer segments and secure a great outcome for both owners and buyers. Her dedication and work ethic are exceptional and throughout the process she showed that she genuinely cares about her clients and always has their best interests at heart. I would recommend Dianne in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed working with Dianne Clarke. She sold our property in a good time frame and we achieved our reserve. Dianne was excellent at communicating with us, keeping us informed every step, something we really appreciated. She is highly professional, approachable and dedicated to her clients. Being a local, she is very knowledgeable of the area and market in Newport, which is one of the reasons why we chose Dianne to sell our property. We would recommend Dianne as an agent to anyone selling in the Newport area. She gives 100%.

I can see why they call Dianne the Queen of Newport in Sales! Dianne was an incredible communicator, saleswoman, professional, friendly & I felt well supported throughout the process of buying my first Queensland property. Compared to other agents I’ve met at open homes & submitting offers, Dianne’s level of service is incomparable! I would recommend anyone to contact Dianne if you are thinking of selling or buying. Thank you Dianne & team.

Can't recommend Dianne highly enough! We've reached out to Dianne whilst still residing in New Zealand once we saw our dream house. She has shown tremendous support and understanding to our situation (buying from overseas etc.) and by maintaining open and honest communication between us and the vendors, helped us securing the home. Dianne has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We never felt that she was just trying to sell us a house, but that she was a mentor to answer our questions and help us to make the best decision for our family. We now consider Dianne a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for a new home. Thanks again to Dianne and the team at Belle for being such a pleasure to work with.
