It was a pleasure dealing with Dianne, a very professional & friendly lady. Dianne's knowledge of the local area is vast. Our experience of buying our 2nd property after 17yrs was smooth and easy and that's all thanks to Dianne & Belle Property. We Love our new home :)

Dianne is professional, knowledgeable and gets fabulous results, but best of all, she’s honest and puts her clients’ needs first. From our first appointment, Dianne listened to what our needs were as sellers (beyond just a great sales result) and made us feel at ease throughout the process. Nothing was ever rushed or too much trouble, and because she surrounds herself with such a high calibre of talented professionals, she really delivers a quality product to market. Overall, we had a wonderful experience selling with Dianne, and we highly recommend her to everyone we speak to in our community.

Five star service Could not be happier. It was an interstate sale. Communication was clear and prompt. We would recommend your agent and agency to friends.

Dianne exceeded our every expectation. She was professional, trustworthy and very knowledgeable of the market. Her attention to detail and meticulous styling is second to none. Dianne is wonderful to work with and kept us informed at every stage. Dianne made our property sale an easy and pleasant experience, we would gladly use Dianne again.

From the moment Dianne walked into our home we were confident she would get us a good sale result. Dianne was very friendly while maintaining her professionalism and personal drive from our first meeting, prior to us listing with her, through to settlement.

We had the easiest and most professional experience recently using Di services selling our investment property. Everything was done over the phone with minimal fuss and Di took care of everything. It has been the best realestate experience from both the seller and buyers perspective. I would not hesitate in using Di’s services again and certainly recommend her commitment and personal professional manner to anyone selling or wishing to purchase a property.

Fantastic to work with. Efficient, reliable and provides a great quality service. Thanks for everything Di.

Excellent. Dianne has been very supportive during our time of selling. Her words were "no need for you to stress. Let me do all the work for you" that is exactly Dianne did. Thank you we could not of done this without you Dianne.

From the very first meeting Di was the consummate professional. She gave direct and pragmatic advice on what to improve prior to sale and facilitated and sold us in the benefits of presenting the house in the best possible way. She recommended numerous tradies and has her own skilled team. We sold the first weekend and she managed the process well with various bidders to ensure the best outcome for all parties. Di also is a genuine and personable person and her enthusiasm for life and people makes her a great agent. You can’t go wrong with Di as an agent.

Dianne Clarke is an agent of high integrity. Friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable, she could not have been more helpful to us as buyers. Her communication with us was just outstanding. Any questions we had Dianne got answers for us immediately, which helped us go through the purchase quickly and smoothly. Overall, buying this beautiful home in Newport was a very straight forward and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend Dianne Clarke of Belle Property.
