After showing me the new townhouse, Dianne showed me the communal facilities and Stockland shopping centre. It will be convenient to walk to an IGA, doctor, chemist, physio etc. The townhouse kitchen is small, so when family and friends visit, we can eat at the cafe or restaurants nearby. Dianne contacted Stockland and the sellers to resolve my query about the defect claims period. She also asked the sellers to consider allowing me early access prior to settlement.
