We had the pleasure of working with Dianne, Fiona, Kurt and team from Belle Property, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The team were solutions focused, proactive in communication, and went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect property within our specified budget. The team’s expertise, professionalism, and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Dianne, Fiona, Kurt and Belle Property to anyone in need of real estate services. Thank you for your exceptional service!

Very happy with the process. Dianne was very knowledgeable and great to deal with.

Fantastic - professional and warm, looked after us the whole way and provided excellent advice. Will use again without quedtikny

Straight forward process. Communication was great.

Dianne went above and beyond to achieve our sale price and communication was awesome through every step of the process, would highly recommend to anyone selling in Newport as her knowledge is 5 stars.

After our initial meeting to discuss the sale of our property with Dianne ,Kurt & Brendan were honest & realistic. Not as some Real Estate Agents promise what they cannot deliver. The communication between Dianne ourselves was very comforting knowing that Dianne was very much across everything. As the owners we made sure that the property was presented in its best possible way. When an offer on our property was submitted Dianne called us to discuss with the Pros & Cons therefore making our decision to accept the offer with ease. Overall the experience has been positive and would not hesitate to recommend Dianne & her Team for anyone thinking of Selling & we will be using them again with our next property sale.

Please stop asking me to do this. I don't do reveiws except if I really feel the service was exceptional. Dianne did her job. No complaints. Thank you. Carol and Gordon

Dianne was extremely accommodating to our needs & wants during the 5 months it took to sell our property. A little longer than expected but Dianne clicked into gear and got the job done. Her negotiating skills are second to none and she worked extremely hard to get the price we needed.

After selling with The Dianne Clarke team multiple times previously, it was an easy decision to partner with this hard working and dedicated team again. Dianne has unwavering faith in her systems and processes and for good reason, each time she has exceeded our expectations and this time was no different. Supported by colleagues that know what true teamwork looks like, this formidable team is not only the best in Newport but in our opinion, the best in the business.

Belle Property Newport is pure gold. We had been on our house hunting journey for quite a few months and we’re starting to get worried we would not find something suited for us after many agencies saying our standards are to high and going to have to settle on less then we want. We did have a very specific preference but this was no issue at all for Dianne. She would go beyond and always have us in her thoughts and communicate to us if a property that might have been an interest popped up. After feeling like we would have to settle for less then we wanted Dianne had our hidden gem. We couldn’t be happier with our first home or the seamless process it took in order to purchase. Thank you Dianne and Team we are truly grateful.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Dianne to purchase our family home in Newport. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure and we got to experience first hand why Dianne is one or the leading female agents in the country. Dianne and her teams level of communication far exceeded any dealings we have had with agents in the past. Dianne came through with her commitment to excellence and we highly recommend Dianne and her team if your looking to sell or purchase your home.

Dianne was extremely helpful and personable throughout the entire process of purchasing our little place in paradise. Her knowledge of and connection to the area was outstanding, an advocate and a proud local herself. My wife and I had an immediate connection to the property and with Dianne were able to achieve an outcome that everyone was happy with. Thank you Dianne.
