Dianne’s career spans for many years in real estate, business, tourism, hospitality and education. With the skills learnt, she finds this has been invaluable in real estate and property investing. She is able to effectively fulfil the needs of clients and apply her skills in understanding, listening and communicating, to obtain a win/win situation for everyone involved.
Dianne started in real estate in 2004 having twelve years of experience in residential sales, business broking, commercial leaseholds, lifestyle properties and retail management and has operated her own real estate businesses and also worked as a licensed real estate agent for a number of agencies in Queensland.
In December 2015 Dianne as Principal Licensee, has set up a new boutique independent agency called Dianne Ray Realty, selling residential property and businesses in the Phillip Island and San Remo area in Victoria. Dianne has lived on Phillip Island and visited many times and is very familiar with the area. Prior to this she has been contracting as a sales consultant to 2nd Avenue Realty in Sandgate, Queensland for the last 5 years and has sold many properties in that time and was well respected in the community.
Dianne Ray Realty is an agency that operates differently from other agencies in the area. All clients will be dealing with one person, only the Principal who owns the business and runs the business; meaning you get the personal attention of an industry leader who is offering a very personalised and friendly service to the area.
