Dib is approachable, friendly, proactive and open. He is also supported by a strong team behind him that provide assistance on a number of facets which helps with the buying process. We also found him to be transparent in our discussions. He genuinely is the leading agent in the area, and with that means he tends to get a lot more listings than others and has access to more information about what is happening in the market and coming up. It also importantly means that typically his listings represent sellers who are in-tune with the market and have a very good read on the current conditions, whereas some agents seem to get listings and business through over-promising (especially prevalent in the current softer market).
