We engaged Dib once again to handle the transaction of our Family home in Concord. As Dib's brand has grown in the local area and so to his listings we were unsure if he could handle the communication as fluidly as he did during our last transaction? Dib and his wonderful team delivered on point. It's clear that Dib understands the needs of todays vendor and consumer and as such has staffed his team with strong communicators he met our expectations and exceeded them in most cases. When it came to advise and ease of transaction Dib was forthcoming and didn't miss an opportunity to maximise our outcome, advising where and when we should consider changes perspective buyers were asking for based on the strength of their intentions. My uncle had to sell his home as he had to enter an Age Care Facility, and my uncle recommended Dib as he had been following his career and results for some time, his words to me were "he is our man" and he didn't disappoint.
