Outstanding Communicator

Dick was fantastic. He kept us informed at every stage of the sale process, and could not have done more to complete. He was tenacious without being overpowering to the prospective buyers, and he was honest and forthright with us as vendors. I would recommend Dick to anyone buying or selling, he is an outstanding communicator and a pleasure to deal with. The buyers of our property were also very impressed with how Dick kept them informed and in the loop. It was always going to be difficult to find the right buyer for our property, it took a while but Dick’s tenacity won out. We are extremely happy with the process and the result.
