We were the textbook emotional sellers and Dimi and Justin made us feel like their only client, listening to countless phone calls and allowing us to express our views relating to our property and the sales campaign. As interstate sellers we were unable to be in Canberra due to restrictions so Dimi and Justin took on extra work and assisted us in preparing and maintaining the property during the inspection period, right down to moving out our final possessions. We were kept well informed throughout the campaign with thorough updates provided at every stage. There was a lot of stock on the market at the same time of selling our apartment, ultimately the buyers got a great deal, but so did we.
