Dimitri is efficient, prompt, helpful, responsive and is a Fraser Rise local specialist.

Selling our house was a really stressful event and we couldn't be happier with our experience selling our property in Fraser Rise with Dimitri Alexo. Thanks to his hard work and straightforward approach, our property sold within just 3 weeks! From our very first interaction, Dimitri was completely no-nonsense and genuinely honest about the market, which is one of the major reasons for selecting him as our agent. He is highly responsive, handling all of our questions quickly and professionally and didn't mind answering our numerous questions after work hours as well. We adore his frank approach, where he keeps us updated with how many potential buyers arrive for every open house inspection, as well as their comments (whether good or bad). It was refreshing to work with someone so transparent and dedicated. Thank you, Dimitri, for a fantastic result and an excellent stress-free experience! We highly recommend Dimitri to anyone looking for a reliable, transparent, and dedicated agent.
