We do not recommend going through Dimitri. After signing sale papers, he has completely ignored any form of communication from us to chase him up on a property we purchased that did not settle on agreed date. He lied to us and told us the vendors lodged plan of subdivision, and 4 months after sale date and 2 months after the proposed settlement date, we discovered that it is still not lodged. This deceptive and misleading conduct has led us to financial and emotional distress, with no communication or home to move into. We have attempted to contact Dimitri 7 times via different avenues to no responses. To those considering going through Dimitri, we strongly advise you to reconsider.
