Dimitri made himself available throughout the entire campaign and his feedback , patience and communications was greatly appreciated.Dimitri was going the extra mile every step of the way.he provided guidance and his experience to achieve a great result.Always providing information on the campaign to all parties involved.

Dimitri was patient, responsive and helpful. We had a second inspection on a Sunday where he made himself available and organised the inspection with the vendor. Vendor was present the whole time at the final inspection which was inconvenient but it was not Dimitri’s fault.

This was the second time I used Dimitri to sell a residential investment unit for me. In an off market scenario he achieved a price I desired and thus avoided advertising expenses. He acted promptly and professionally. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

A professional agent, flexible to our requirements , kept us well informed, did many unscheduled inspections, and went above and beyond expectations

Mr Dimitri Latorets was a dream to work with whilst selling my property. He was thorough and understanding during what can be a difficult time. Dimitri and his team walked me through the process in a totally professional and calm manner, achieving the best possible result for myself and the purchaser, I thoroughly recommend him!

Dimitri is a brilliant negotiator. His commutation to me was, incredibly, compassionate and professional. He went way above and beyond to secure me the best price. My property went on the market in February 2022. The result of a nasty separation and delay tactics by my X saw the market drop dramatically. The house sat for 10 months with 2 agents doing there best. Up popped a bubbly Dimitri and sealed the deal in 3 weeks. Thankyou Dimitri for all your hard! work. I'm sincerely indebted to you. Margot

Dimitri has been very helpful in providing the required information throughout the buying process. He has even opened the house for us during Christmas break. Highly recommended.

Dimitri gave genuine care and effort to sell our house and was supportive and honest through every step of the process. His communication and market knowledge were exceptional and we were very happy with the result he achieved in a tough market to sell. We would absolutely engage Dimitri again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell.

Dimitri was best in whole process....I highly recommend him.

Dimitri provided good advice and worked hard on our behalf to secure a better than expected price for our property.

It was pleasure to deal with Dimitri and Sardip. Great team, great resalts.

Dimitri was great to work with in inspecting and securing an off market villa unit for our clients. He managed to match a property that met the brief of what we were looking for an allowed us early access! Thank you for your help.
