Dimitri was a pleasure to deal with - prioritising an inspection for me as well as keeping me in the loop with all developments with the property. As a first home buyer, Dimitri clarified a lot of details I was unsure of and made the whole process a breeze. I would highly recommend Dimitri for anyone selling or buying in this area as his communication, attention to detail and following up are second to none.

Purchased my first apartment that was listed by Dimitri. He was patient, friendly, helpful despite delayed settlement dates. He was responsive to phone calls and provided assistance before, during and after the sale of the apartment. Happy to recommend him.

Dimitri was able to sell our tenanted property which was great as it meant we were still earning money whilst on the market. Being able to manage our expectations, buyer enquiry and tenant needs at the same time can be difficult but he managed it professionally.

Dimitri was professional at all times. His knowledge of the market and expertise in handling the selling of the property was exceptional. His honesty, excellent organistion and communication made the whole procees enjoyable and rewarding for all parties involved.

Dimitri saw the true uniqueness and value of my property and persisted to get the warranted sale price. Dimitri was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Would not hesitate to recommend Dimitri or work with him again.

Dimitri has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from our first meeting to the completion of the sale of my home. His professional approach at all times was demonstrated in his determination to make the sale a positive experience for me, a first time seller, and his calm demeanour and genuine support and reassurance that nothing was too much trouble reinforced this. I would thoroughly recommend Dimitri and Open. to any potential seller.

Thank you Dimitri for once again obtaining a price that was above our expectations. Look forward to working with you again on another successful sale.

Thank you Dimitri, you always go above and beyond and keep us updated along the way. Your weekly feedback and updates are always appreciated.

Dimitri has helped us sell a number of units in Northmead and each time we are impressed by his professional service.

Dimitri was very friendly and approachable. He was quick to respond with plenty of knowledge about the property. He was happy to answer all our questions, which made us feel very comfortable and confident during our experience as first home buyers.

Dimitri is a friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable real estate agent who helped my partner and I purchase our first home. He really listened to what our concerns were with other properties that we viewed and then came to us with a property that matched exactly what we wanted (and that’s the property we ended up buying.) We had some difficulties throughout the purchasing process and he was also quick to help us with finding an amazing broker. Overall we are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Dimitri to all !

Had a great experience with Dimitri in purchasing our first investment property. Dimitri was professional, communicated clearly and was open and transparent during the purchase process. My parents had joined me for the property viewings and Dimitri took the time and patience to field all of their questions as well. Would highly recommend him as a professional for property matters.
