Honesty and integrity are not generally words used to describe a Real Estate agent, but they are two of many that I would use to describe Dimitris. I met Dimitris at an open and was immediately impressed. Unlike other opens I had been attended, Dimitris knew the property back to front. He was approachable and very friendly to not only my wife and I but also my 3 kids. It was when he followed me up in the following day or so that I decided I needed to talk to him about selling our house, as it was getting a little cramped with the 5 of us. Dimitris met with us after hours and arrived 5 minutes early, which compared some other agents I had spoken to, was a pleasant surprise. Our meeting was thorough without being intimidating and at no point did I feel Dimitris was pressuring my wife and I to sign with him. Although I must say if he had asked we probably would have! On the day the photos were taken, Dimitris made sure he was present and assisted the photographer, who did an amazing job also, to ensure that every photo was perfect. Dimitris’ hands on approach made this stressful time much, much more bearable. The day of the first open Dimitris arrived early and ensured that the house was 100% ready for anyone who walked in the front gate. This continued for the following opens too, and on at least one occasion spent over 1 hour with one interested party just to ensure they were satisfied. I could not have asked for a better teammate to sell my home, every step of the way I was kept informed and not once was I worried that Dimitris was not giving 10/10’s. We have not even bought our next family home, but something I know for certain, when the time comes to sell the next property I know exactly who will have their face on the board.
