I am the purchaser of the property. Initially he was a bit rushed and tended to rush speech. Contracts signed and I thought that this was the hardest stage. Unfortunately, the sellers were under the impression the settlement date was different, that they were not moving out, that the house had not sold and many other issues. The vendors English was poor and obviously they did not understand Dinesh. Dinesh attempted to shift blame and any dealing he had to do to the conveyancers or that he would get back to me later. He has moved from OKAS, but FOR SALE still on the property representing the property group. At present Suman is dealing with it and I will only accept texts from he- as he gets very emotional and he is very difficult to understand, I have kept recordings, texts and emails so that he can be reported and fined. DO NOT DEAL WITH_ esp if you are not English as a first language, Luckily my Conveyancer is straight forward and not a lawyer else my costs would sky rocket.
