We bought our second house at an auction. It was our first ever auction. Dinesh and his team (Regis & Nayani) were very friendly and supported us all the way from the first inspection we attended. We’ve been to many inspection prior with intention to buy but been put off by snob agents who made us feel ‘small’ and stupid. POSITIVES: Full marks to Dinesh Raghu and his team for the running of the sales campaign and their communication throughout the period the house was on the market. The delivery of their promised commitments (except as noted below) was exemplary. Their personal one-on-one relationship is to be commended on all levels. NEGATIVE: Only one. They set our expectations too high in the initial stages and this led us to a certain amount of disappointment and dejection at auction when we received an amount way below even our drastically reduced reserve. SUMMATION: The positives far out-weighed the one negative. We now have a budget to work with when looking for a new home in a new area, and can move forward in working out our future with family. I would not hesitate in recommending Dinesh Raghu and AREA SPECIALIST to friends and relatives.
