Following a timely door-drop Dion was our first point of contact when getting in touch with Fletchers. First impassions count! Great guy!

Dion was very professional as back up for Ben William and spoke extensively with the buyer prior to the sale while Ben Williams had to leave for another Open for Inspection very happy with both.

Dion did a great job with the open for inspections, layout of brochures and a couple of private viewings. Always on time and very professional.

Dion was not directly involved in our sale, but attended to some of the Open Day work and post sales work for the Director of Fletcher Blackburn, Ben Williams. So this review is more about the TEAM that is 'Fletchers' in Blackburn South, and how their workflow processes work seamlessly so that customers like us have every confidence in what lays ahead in the sales cylce of selling a house - which for us, was the first transaction like this in over 33 year,m let alone selling Muum/Dad's place of 61 years! Ben's firm and his team, including Dion, came highly recommended to us from a neighbor who contracted Ben's services last year. The firm, headed by Ben for our transaction, and assisted by Dion, handled the transactions with courtesy, patience and lots of personal touches that made my family confident that we were all dealing with the right firm!
