During these very difficult times for selling apartments, Dion Besser sold our apartment on Christmas eve 2022, after a long listing on the internet and after a large number of "open for inspections". The inspection times were always fully attended even though many times nobody fronted. Throughout this time Dion was positive, did not try to force us to sell at an unreasonable price. We also appreciate the frequent updates by phone call. email or text message. Thank you, Dion,
