Had an absolutely terrible time with Dion & his team with the sale of my property. Lack of communication, requests not being actioned, way too laid back approach 13 weeks on the market and no offers till I stepped in...then came first & only offer, negotiations & sold. 26 open homes no offers. 1 open home I attend & it's off the market I asked for a discount on commission as the above ratio shows I had a very strong input on the deal...my request denied (as expected) My solicitor requested by email for deposit funds released early with a Section 27, Dion acknowledged but never actioned..so I missed out on the funds in my account (accumulating interest) till I chased this up 4 hours after settlement. Just a complete nightmare, Do yourself a big favour & research when hiring an agent!
