Dion was fantastic from the start and keep us involved in the loop all the time. His suggestions were excellent and we liked his mannerism and politeness. Dion is a very good listener and very helpful all the way to the settlement and after settlement. We forget an item on the last day before clearing the house. We realised only when we arrived interstate. With one telephone call he made trip to collect the item and left with our neighbor so we can collect it next time we visit Hobart. We were very fortunate to have him as our sales agent. He has done a great job. We wish him all the best.

Dion sold our house after we had unsuccessfully attempted it a few years before. The right buyers were difficult to find but we had a clear view of the right target buyers. Dion worked very well on generating demand for the property, and with the right buyers. Dion knew our minimum acceptable price and even after the house had been on the market for a short time, did not try to convince us to drop the price to achieve a sale, but instead we devised ways of positioning and promoting it. He worked with buyers to achieve our outcome, and in the end he negotiated a good deal with the right buyer. A deal where he convinced them to come to our price over several rounds of negotiation.
