Dion represented the couple I bought my house from, and I was very pleased to discover that he was very conscientious and professional towards me as well. We had an extended closing on the purchase (several months) and I regularly heard from Dion asking me how I was going from my end and was there anything else he could follow up or help with? It was just the right amount of contact to know he was there if I needed him, but not at all approaching being pushy. I had a few questions that were just for me (e.g. did he know any good tradies in the area that could help with something) and he was happy to help out. I hope I never have to sell, I want to be in my new place for the next few decades, but if I found I had to I would call up Dion. Friendly, helpful, not pushy - for me he has just the right level of helpfulness. Each time I called the office the whole team was very helpful. He wasn't my agent, but he might as well have been.
