Dion was great at the start of the process, he helped us find our amazing first home. Although, we feel as though he made the process after signing the contract pretty stressful. We received multiple calls daily asking for an update on the finance status, and while we understand he needs to be kept informed, there is only so much we can tell him. It is already such a stressful time, we ended up giving our broker his contact number to get him off out backs. Once the finance had gone through, we did not hear a word from him, other then to organise a time to get a photo with the sold sign. He sent his PA, who was an hour and 15 minutes late, and once she arrived, though it was hilarious. When we went to Coronis to collect the keys from the office, the receptionist handed me the keys and a gift basket and said this is from Dion. We kind of expected a call or message at least to make sure everything was going well, but have not heard a word. He was really nice and helpful in the beginning, but we defiantly feel he was a bit pushy in the end.

Dion gave us a value he thought he could achieve and a time frame that he felt he could achieve it. He came back to us with an offer after the first weekend. He worked with those buyers to achieve the price he had estimated within another week.
