Brielle was who we dealt with not Dion. She was helpful but we did always feel she was there for the seller not us.

Dion was unfortunately the primary agent who "assisted" my partner and I on purchasing our first home. Through a couple of issues that arose from building and pest and contract negotiations - due to the seller - Dion made it quite clear that he only represented the seller's interests and not our own at all. His incredibly aggressive and demeaning characteristics towards my partner (as I was working a lot of the time) during these issues and negotiations were nothing short of disgusting. My partner and I had always heard buying your first house was supposed to be an exciting time, one that you will remember for the rest of your life. Dion ensured that this experience will be one never to forget but unfortunately through the emotional blackmail and taunting he put my partner and I through. When I read through all of these positive reviews I clearly notice one primary trend - they are all from sellers and not buyers. If I was to sell a property, I would imagine Dion would be a great agent as he definitely represented their interests well. This was unfortunately at the detriment of our first home buying experience, emotional stability and perspective of Dion and Coronis Realty as a whole. Buyers beware!
