Dion was available to answer all questions and was flexible in allowing viewings. We pushed to do our own building and pest which we were grateful to do as it picked up a few things that were not in the provided pre-sale inspection and helped us enter home ownership with a good understanding of issues that may arise. Dion went out his way for the buyers- 20 days after settlement outlining a plan for the sellers to reopen their home business in our new home. He didn’t push the matter after we declined. There was no flexibility in sale price so we were very surprised to have such request, hopefully they’ve been able to apply the profits in renting a location that is not our home. The house was clean on settlement and Sam was great at final inspection.
