Dion was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He appreciated Vendor want top price and of course buyer wants to pay the minimum. I think it was three conversations over three days- I was sold! He openly states and portrays a role of fairness between both the vendor and buyer. Dion is a an agent who has both integrity and honesty who openly states he “makes things happen”- which he did for me both during and even after contract was unconstitutional.
