The wife and I were looking for an investment property in Bracken Ridge and made Dion our first point of call as we knew his market knowledge would help with our decision making and hopefully find us a property. Dions advice was priceless and with it we narrowed down a few properties of interest, however 2 days later Dion rang me to tell me of his latest listing which he was sure we would love......he was right.we inspected that afternoon and had it under contract the next day, this is a perfect example of having a real estate agent that works for you and your interests and we could not be more grateful.This was our second experience with Dion, our first being a sale and our latest was a purchase,What is very evident in both scenarios that puts him a class above most is his hardwork, passion , knowledge, honesty and dedication and a person with those traits will always get a recommendation from me
