A superb sales agent with a great knowledge of his sales area. Dion initially went out of his way to assist us with the appropriate trade contacts to properly prepare and present our house for sale to achieve the best outcome. On the day of marketing photo shoot, he was personally moving furniture around and dragging trampolines across the yard to achieve the best marketing shots. This is evidence of his dedication to his clients. Once the sales campaign begun, he and his team provided excellent communication and updates through a private Whatsapp group chat. We could also ask questions at any time through Whatsapp and they were answered very quickly. He also personally called us after each open house to give us an immediate update on potential buyers. Dion had great knowledge of the market in my area he was always very quick to get back to me with any enquiries I may have had and kept me informed every step of the way, he understood that I needed my son‘s involved and set up a group WhatsApp so that they were informed of everything that was happening. He was very professional and has great communication skills, always on time. Dion understood how hard it was for me selling our family home after the passing of my husband he never rushed me and answered the many questions my sons and I had he was more than happy to go out of his way so either both or one of my sons could attend the meetings we had.
