Dion initially went out of his way to assist us with the appropriate trade contacts to properly prepare and present our house for sale to achieve the best outcome. We had a situation where a neighbour applied to the Land and Environment Court over boundary trees after the sale process had begun. The application was eventually dismissed but in the meantime our sale was prevented and our auction had to be cancelled.
