So many issues with the property, Lift Car stack, Bin; Communal access, -propert. So many things were covered and faked -No communication soon after sales went through -looks like agent had covered up so many faults with the property; Simply it proves the agent is just another fakes sales person, Pls don’t trust what they says:

I'm very disappointed to read this. We've had a great working relationship with a lot of communication during and after your purchase.
We asked extensive questions of the Owners Corporation, on your behalf, as requested by your conveyancer, all information was shared with you.
During my inspections I never experienced an issue with the lifts or the car stacker. We don't live in the buildings and can only go off our experiences and the information provided by the Owners Corporation (which was comprehensive)
I don't understand your comment about "Communal Access" and "Bin" to comment I'm sorry.
The property was styled for the sale as most of our properties are, we weren't "Hiding" or "Faking" anything.
The property is a second hand property they will naturally have minor imperfections.
