At the opens he said he heard across the road was becoming a park, it is becoming residential. He will not tell the truth to try get you to purchase. I asked for him to get the vendor to steam clean and clean the house prior to final inspection. He told me this had been done but the house remained filthy with dust on most surfaces and bugs on carpets and on window sills. I told him this was not acceptable and needed to be fixed. He said he would get it sorted. On the day of settlement he had the keys hidden at the house and told me where they were as he was “sick”. I opened up to my new home to find no cleaning had been done since and had to spend over $600+ on a vacate clean and steam cleaning of my new home. Very disappointing that he only says things to get the deal done but doesnt actually do anything for the purchaser.

Dipseh was a thoroughly professional from the initial meeting to the final inspection, approx. 1.5 months, incl. minor renovations and touchup's as suggested by Dipesh. His professional yet approachable communication style made the process very easy. The property was sold within the first open house at a price higher than expected. I would not hesitate to recommend Dipesh to anyone.
