Dirk & Sally are awesome at their job. They have sold 2 houses for us now. They ask questions about your exceptions and talk openly about how to achieve that goal and assist to meet the market value. They do not encourage you to over capitalize just to make their job easier. From the day you first meet they are working non stop to get your property sold. We have 1 more property to sell and have never thought of listing it with any one else. We have signed with Dirk again so if 3 properties don't convince you to list with Dirk & Sally at Richardson & Wrench Hervey Bay then I don't know what else to say. The only limitation for us has been us being market ready as we are such busy people but Dirk is always there to pick up our slack. Love you guys.
