Even before he was appointed Divan gave us detailed written information about his services, the current market conditions and the costs we would incur. All of this he explained clearly and time would demonstrate that his knowledge of fluctuating market conditions were be spot-on. Over a period of some weeks he provided practical advice on the things we should do to the property to maximise its impact and sale prospects. When we ultimately completed that preparatory work he expeditiously organised photos and video, a glossy brochure and online advertising, all of which resulted in a large number of prospective buyers attending the first Saturday open house inspection. Then over 2 days of the weekend he tirelessly negotiated on our behalf, keeping us well informed, until the contract was signed by all parties on the Sunday afternoon. Divan's attention to detail did not end there; he remained active and involved right through to settlement. Throughout Divan was professional and very competent but also friendly and relaxed.
