Jacob Stanton and his friendly and Professional team from The property Collective, worked very hard to get a price for our property that we were after. They organised all of the process in a very helpful and timely manner only a professional team could have done. We thank them very much for their dedication and hard work along with their helpful and always friendly attitude.

On our current journey to find a house for us, we came across different R.E Agents in Canberra. Often they would not followup with you or provide any info on upcoming sales (the most you would get is a spamworthy emails). However, Jacob is the exception, he sets a benchmark of professionalism and follows-up with the requests made and gets back to you with an honest reply and I guess that is what builds a trust and respect. It was pleasure knowing Jacob and doing business with him.

Jacob was excellent throughout the entire process. From the marketing, to communication, to revising the strategy based on feedback to then closing the deal on auction day. Very impressive, to anyone selling this is who you put your trust in.

We knew we were in safe hands with Jacob. Throughout the process of selling he was helpful, thorough and efficient, always keeping us up to date through the selling process. His professionalism and experience shone through. I could not recommend a better real estate agent to sell your home.

Jacob was a great help with purchasing our property. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was quick with communications and sorting out any issues.

Jacob was super friendly and welcoming, answered all our questions and supported us through the auction process. Highly recommend.

Jacob is a down to earth fellow with none of the ego that goes along with some agents. His took pride in selling my property with excellent communication to both me and the seller so that we were both happy with the outcome.

Jacob's guidance throughout the buying process was highly exceptional and professional. His communication was excellent, always approachable if questions needed to be asked. The property was clean, with all rubbish/unwanted additions removed and presented beautifully on settlement day - a beautiful ribbon and bow was on the door when we arrived! Such a lovely touch! Thank you Jacob!

We approached Jacob to sell our rental after dealing with him and his agency over the past couple of years looking for property. Jacob always struck us as an honest, thoughtful and transparent agent, and we weren't disappointed when we asked him to sell our property. Everything went smoothly, with Jacob taking charge of every small detail. Lots of checking in, managing issues, honest talk about where things were at. In the end, we got a great price for our house. We couldn't be happier. Jacob comes highly recommended by us!

Our experience with Jacob and his team exceeded our expectations as a buyer. Jacob was very realistic and was always open and honest. We knew where we stood at all times throughout the process and were able to get an outcome to please both parties. 10/10 agent!

Jacob explained the market and his approach in an easy to understand way. Jacob didn't raise my expectations like other agents did and sold our apartment quickly for a great price. Selling our apartment was stress- free thanks to Jacob
