Jacob was helpful, reliable and easy to deal with. He was willing to assist when requiring tradespeople to get the property sale ready! He negotiated so we were able to get the best price we could. His efforts were greatly appreciated!! Thanks Jacob!
My mother used Jacob and his team to sell her property in Dickson, which she had been in for 49yrs. Jacob was attentive and very respectful in all dealings with both my mother and myself. While Jacob's most recent experience is in selling in the Tuggeranong (Sth Canberra Region) he applied himself to understand our region and provided excellent market feedback. I would be happy to recommend Jacob & his team
At all points of the sale Jacob was a great person to work with. We felt comfortable with his genuine approach and care for our needs and the end result. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone, he made it as stress free as possible and I am so appreciative.
Jacob assisted us in identifying properties that met our needs, was honest about the vendor’s price point and seemed genuine in all his dealings. He was very responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend Jacob as an agent.

Jacob was delightful to deal with from the outset. His friendly but straightforward approach meant we always new where we stood and how negotiations were progressing. He was accommodating and flexible but protected the seller’s interest always. We would not hesitate to buy or sell a property through Jacob.
Jacob and his team were a breath of fresh air in comparing with our past experiences with the real estate industry. From the start to the finish of the sale of our townhouse, Jabob was professional in every single aspect of the sale. Most importantly, Jacob kept communication open and timely throughout the entire process. For any future sales we have in the ACT, we will certainly be calling on Jacob to do the job. Thankyou Jacob and your team.
