Simply Awesome! Can’t believe how quickly Dmitriy was able to find a buyer for our Unit in Bentleigh East, that too off market, during Xmas break and for a price we were expecting! He was pretty confident when we were signing the Exclusive Authority and told us he would find us a buyer off market while we decide on whether we want to go for Auction and he said it won’t get to a point of spending money on marketing & staging etc. just like he said he sold it, unlike other agents from other agencies who talked big but when it came to doing they provided us 10s of excuses and wasted our time.
