Dom and his team came recommend to us through a friend and given his sales history in the Newport area we reached out for an initial consultation. We met at the place that afternoon for an appraisal to make sure we were all on the same page. A couple of days later Dom and his colleague Noah sat down with my wife and I after work to fit in with our schedules, laid everything out on the table and took us through the step by step process of selling our first place. They were well prepared with comparable data, set realistic expectations and had examples of the summary reporting which you get after each weekend of open homes. Photos and marketing were organised within a week and we were live within 7 days.
